Overview
RUMI is a conceptual café brand designed around calm focus and gentle productivity. This project explores how a cohesive visual identity can extend across both physical and digital experiences through branding, illustration, and UX/UI design.

Challenge
Many digital experiences compete for attention through dense interfaces and excessive visual stimulation. The challenge was to create a digital experience that supports focus while remaining consistent with RUMI's calm and intentional brand identity.
Approach
Developed a visual identity system centered on calmness and clarity
Extended the brand language into a mobile app experience
Applied consistent typography, color, illustration, and spacing across touchpoints
Built interface layouts that reduce visual and cognitive overload
Outcome
The final result demonstrates how graphic design and UX/UI design can work together to create a cohesive brand experience. By translating RUMI’s visual identity into a digital environment, the project maintains consistency, clarity, and a sense of calm across every interaction.
Extending the World of Rumi
To explore RUMI beyond branding and screens, I also translated its calm and cozy atmosphere into a physical space. This miniature book cafe imagines how the brand could feel as an environment, shaped by quiet focus, gentle companionship, and cat centered comfort.
